Mozzarella and scampi creamy

Ingredients for 2 people

Bufala Mozzarella Tenuta Agrilat 150 g

Cream 80 g

Scampi n 10 (200 g cleaned)

Extra virgin olive oil

Lemon grated 2 g

Salt and Pepper To Taste

Garlic 1 clove

Bake the mozzarella with the cream and a little sales in a bain-marie for 30 minutes, then blend and strain the pan. In a pan, scrape the scampi with oil and garlic for 30 seconds. , grated lemon and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
