Ingredients for 4 people
4 Mozzarella di Bufala Tenuta Agrilat
Homemade pesto
San Marzano tomato sauce
Grated dry bread
Sliced almonds
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
In a pan, heat oil and salt and then sauté the grated dry bread. Place the buffalo mozzarella on a flat plate. Pour the previously prepared San Marzano tomato sauce making sure it has reached room temperature. Pour a spoonful of pesto prepared according to your favorite recipe on the mozzarella (if too thick, add extra virgin olive oil so that it slides over the mozzarella). sprinkle the dish with toasted bread in a pan. Garnish with sliced almonds.
