Ingredients for 4 people
320 gr of spaghetti
150 gr of Bufala Butter Tenuta Agrilat
Pink or green pepper (your choice)
Grated dry bread
Parmesan cheese to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Cook the pasta in salted water. In a pan, melt the buffalo butter with a pinch of pepper and a drizzle of oil. When the pasta is almost cooked, drain and finish cooking in the pan. In another pan, heat a little oil and sauté the grated dry bread until it is toasted. Serve the pasta with a sprinkling of grated cheese and toasted bread. Garnish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs to taste.
